You can place your order via email or order form.
Be sure to include the due date, amount and sort of Pops you want, flavors, colors and any other wishes in the email/form.
We will contact you back as soon as possible. In the case of an order you’ll receive a summary form with the total amount from us.
Order Policy
Shipping
We strongly recommend that you pick up your Pops or have them personally delivered as they are a bit fragile. However we can also have them carefully sent within The Netherlands via PostNL as registered package (it will need a signature upon arrival).

Shipping Fees:
0 - 10 kg € 8,05
10 - 30 kg € 13,50
Please mention in your order email the date that you wish to have your Pops sent (they will arrive the next day most likely). Keep in mind that PostNL does not send packages during the weekends or special holidays.
PostNL delivers usually within 24 hours, except on Sundays and special holidays.
We take great pride in our products, from creation to shipping. We take meticulous care to package our products (all Pops are individually wrapped in plastic bag) and while we never expect damage to occur, Little Cakes cannot be held responsible or offer refunds for any damage and/or delays that occur once your order has been shipped. Any shipping delay-related refunds should be discussed directly with PostNL
If the outside temperature is above 25˚C we strongly advise you to pick them up or let us deliver them personally to you (whit in Lelystad), this way we make sure the Pops arrive in good conditions. Little Cakes WILL NOT send Cake Pops if the temperature is to high, this to prevent shipping problems.
Storage
We advise you to storage the Pops at room temperature (+/-18˚C). If the room temperature is higher than you can place them in the fridge. Make sure you take them out an hour before enjoying them to ensure the best taste experience.
Because of the hard chocolate coating, the Cake Pops have a much longer shelf life than a regular cake, and will last over 2 weeks. For the longest shelf life the refrigerator is probably the best option. But we know from our customer's experience that they hardly last longer than a day!

All Pops contain wheat (gluten), lactose, eggs and dairy.
Some of the Pops contain nuts or traces of nuts and/of soy.

Order Policy
- In order to avoid disappointment we ask you to place your orders with a minimum of 1 week in advanced.
- For large orders (more than 25 Pops) please give us 2-3 weeks in advanced.
- For special orders (wedding and more than 100 Cake Pops) we please ask you to contact us with a minimum of 3-4 weeks in advanced to avoid disappointments.
- We ask a deposit of 50% of the total amount on every Cake Pop order and/or workshop in order to confirm it. The remaining amount must be transferred to our account 1 week before the order due date. (including shipping or delivery fees)
- Cancellations:
- cancellations made within 72 hours before the due date will forfeit 50% of the total amount. This to compensate the preparations of the order and procurement of materials.
- The Pops can be picked up in Lelystad after making an appointment. Pick up times: Monday to Friday before 17:00 and Saturdays before 12:00.
- Right now we only deliver personally within Lelystad, the delivery fee is €4. Delivery times: Monday, Wednesday and Friday before 16:00.
- Keep in mind that the colors and patterns on screen might be a bit different than the real product.
